Culture and Leadership
We’ll never be the biggest company out there, but for our employees, partners and customers, we will be the best. Our culture is built on how we treat each other. It’s measured on the value we create for others.
We hire the best people we can find. We give them a voice and meaningful things to work on. Our Leadership team transparently reports progress to our teammates, reviewing aspects of the business ranging from product roadmaps to sales pipeline to financial health. We strive to be “in it together,” as technologists, business partners and people.
DELTA BRAVO COMPANY VALUES
Collaboration
Shared goals and mutual support lead to greater success than isolated work and individual focus. Through collaboration we multiply our contribution.
Credibility
The quality of your work is a reflection of who you are. We listen, focus and finish. We say what we do and we do what we say. Trust is built through credibility. We are consistent, honest and operate with integrity, even when it’s the hard thing to do.
Passion
Passion is an internal motivator, a following of one’s values, a regard of one’s intrinsic, unique desires. It’s an energy that comes from within – it is not forced on one from the outside. It’s passion that keeps us up late learning the newest technology. Passion that compels us to provide service offerings our clients don’t even know they need yet. It’s passion that holds our standards high and empowers us to energize, engage and inspire others.
Git’R’Dunner
There are no single roles in a growth company; all of us wear multiple hats. We face new challenges and unfamiliarity every day but nothing stops us from completing our tasks quickly and at a high level of quality. We don’t complain. We simply get it done.
Forward Thinking
You can’t build a disruptive product on the back of a legacy one. Whether its new product features, support requests, client or staff conversations – push yourself to be creative and innovative. Think holistically- understand what matters today and tomorrow for our team and our clients.
