Our Culture Is Built On How We Treat Each Other.  It’s Measured In The Value We Create For Others.

We hire the best people we can find and give them a voice and fun things to work on. Our teams meet regularly to audit progress on customer and company goals, reviewing aspects of the business ranging from product roadmaps to sales pipeline to financial health. We provide full healthcare coverage for our employees- as in our employees don’t pay a penny for healthcare.

The market for teammates and customers rewards value. We’ll never be the biggest company out there, but for our employees, partners and customers, we will be the best.

DELTA BRAVO COMPANY VALUES

Collaboration
Shared goals and mutual support lead to greater success than isolated work and individual focus. Through collaboration we multiply our contribution.

Credibility
The quality of your work is a reflection of who you are. We listen, focus and finish. We say what we do and we do what we say. Trust is built through credibility. We are consistent, honest and operate with integrity, even when it’s the hard thing to do.

Passion
Passion is an internal motivator, a following of one’s values, a regard of one’s intrinsic, unique desires.  It’s an energy that comes from within – it is not forced on one from the outside.  It’s passion that keeps us up late learning the newest technology. Passion that compels us to provide service offerings our clients don’t even know they need yet. It’s passion that holds our standards high and empowers us to energize, engage and inspire others.

Git’R’Dunner
There are no single roles in a growth company; all of us wear multiple hats. We face new challenges and unfamiliarity every day but nothing stops us from completing our tasks quickly and at a high level of quality. We don’t complain. We simply get it done.

Forward Thinking
You can’t build a disruptive product on the back of a legacy one. Whether its new product features, support requests, client or staff conversations – push yourself to be creative and innovative. Think holistically- understand what matters today and tomorrow for our team and our clients.

Partnerships and Integrations

Delta Bravo is an integration-first solution. Our platform is built to fit into larger technical architectures, ensuring cost-effective scalability. For companies leveraging Microsoft or AWS for cloud infrastructure, Delta Bravo fits into these systems quickly and easily, maximizing the value of the cloud investment. We also align closely with Cisco Systems, offering the capability to integrate with systems like Edge Intelligence, Industrial Asset Vision, Cybervision and more.

Delta Bravo is one of 13 Cisco DSI partners globally. Customer seeking to modernize and extend their Cisco infrastructure as they grow into the Smart Factory are often eligible for funding that offsets the cost of Delta Bravo’s onboarding and license fees. Similar benefits are available through partners like AWS, Microsoft and others.

We encourage our customers to think bigger about their technical architectures and leverage the benefits partner alignment programs provide.
