Fort Mill, SC-based Delta Bravo will demonstrate PermitPro alongside Microsoft, Deloitte, and AECOM at the July 31 Expo hosted by the White House Council on Environmental Quality.

Federal Recognition
Delta Bravo’s PermitPro has been selected for a national initiative led by the White House Council on Environmental Quality to modernize federal environmental review and permitting — featured in the program’s Solutions Catalog alongside approximately 50 selected organizations.
Why PermitPro
PermitPro was selected from a competitive national call for submissions led by the Council on Environmental Quality to modernize federal environmental review.
An agentic AI platform that drafts environmental permits with greater accuracy and dramatically less administrative burden on regulators.
Unlike concept-stage submissions, PermitPro is deployed and in active daily use by state environmental regulators who helped shape it.
Delta Bravo appears alongside Accenture, Adobe, AECOM, Deloitte, Esri, Jacobs, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the program’s Solutions Catalog.

Directed CEQ to identify technology for federal permitting
“We didn’t submit a prototype. PermitPro is in production. The regulators who use it every day shaped it, challenged us, and ultimately became its strongest advocates. Their feedback is the reason we’re on this list.”
Rick Oppedisano
Founder and CEO, Delta Bravo AI
“Environmental permitting is the gateway to infrastructure that communities depend on. Helping government agencies do that work faster and more accurately is what PermitPro is all about.”

From State Deployment to Federal Opportunity
The Permitting Innovators Expo originated from an April 2025 Presidential Memorandum on Updating Permitting Technology, which directed CEQ to identify technology solutions capable of improving the speed, transparency, and efficiency of federal environmental reviews.
The program represents a significant signal that the federal government is actively seeking modern tools to address permitting bottlenecks that delay critical infrastructure projects.
